Domains and Hosting
Domain names, hosting services, email hosting, subscriptions, plugins, applications, APIs, and third-party services may be provided by independent companies. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients are responsible for ongoing renewal fees associated with their:

- Software subscriptions
- Plugins
- Third-party applications

Level Earth Creative provides website design and development services and does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory advice.
Intellectual Property
Ownership of final website designs and deliverables will be governed by the applicable project agreement. Third-party assets, software, fonts, plugins, themes, stock media, libraries, applications, and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licenses. Level Earth Creative retains ownership of its own pre-existing materials, processes, techniques, templates, tools, know-how, and intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Portfolio Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Level Earth Creative may display completed website projects, screenshots, business names, or project descriptions in its portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials for the purpose of demonstrating its work. This does not imply ownership of a client's business, trademarks, or content.
Website Availability
Level Earth Creative cannot guarantee that any website or online service will operate without interruption or errors. Website availability can be affected by hosting companies, domain providers, internet infrastructure, third-party applications, APIs, software updates, security issues, and other outside services.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Level Earth Creative is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages resulting from use of our website or services.
No Guarantee of Business Results
